 The trends mining algorithms developed by SocialSensor produce an automatic list of the most interesting trends. The app lets you filter the list by country and time. It then aggregates content around those trends and you can filter further by network, geography, media type and time. It is still in beta and currently only available for iPhone but we’re very excited about the possibilities of this kind of cross-platform tool – for journalists and for ordinary users.
