What's new in the 2nd edition of the STCSN E-Letter? I hope you did enjoy reading the overview of the Special Technical Community on Social Networking which we've provided in the first issue of the E-Letter. From now on we will enter the regular production phase of the E-Letter comprising (original) content, featured articles, conference reports, call for papers, etc. which is related to the STCSN. Original content submitted to the STCSN E-Letter may be individual papers or special issues proposed by community members (or those who want to become part of the community). Each submission will be peer-reviewed (by the E-Letter Board coordinated by the chair Rene Kaiser), archived, and indexed via http://stcsn.ieee.net/e-letter. In order to cite the entire issue or individual articles, please adopt the following the guidelines: How to cite an entire issue?
